In 1997 he graduated from school with a gold medal. In 2002 he completed his studies at Luhansk State University with honors. He received specialist and master's degrees in World History and English Language and Literature. The topic of his master's thesis was "Ethnoconfessional conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh in 1988-1994." During his studies at the university, he was the winner of the All-Ukrainian student Olympiads in History and Psychology. As well as the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific papers on World History. The topic of the work was "The image of the enemy in the history of intercivilizational interaction." He was also recognized as the best student in the state in 2002. In 2005, he successfully completed his postgraduate studies in World History. In 2007, he defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Western Armenia in the Foreign Policy of Great Britain, 1914-1923." During his postgraduate studies, he completed an internship at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the Department of Complex Problems of International Relations. In 2008, he received a ministerial diploma as an associate professor of the Department of World History and International Relations. From 2008 to 2012, he worked in various leadership positions at Luhansk State University and the Kyiv Institute of Business and Technology. In 2009, he entered doctoral studies in the specialty "World History". The topic of the dissertation was "The Image of the Enemy in the History of American Propaganda". In 2012, he successfully completed his studies. I have published more than 30 publications in domestic and foreign publications on international relations, including the Diplomatic Encyclopedia. In 2012, he was appointed Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Luhansk State Academy of Culture and Arts. From 2014 to 2016. worked as Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Kyiv International University and Head of the Department for Work with Foreign Students at the Kyiv Medical University. Since 2016, I have been the head of the Center for Global and Regional Security (Moscow). The center studies a wide range of scientific problems, including regional ethnic conflicts in the post-Soviet space, NATO expansion and the problem of security in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The role of Russia in the strategy of Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok. In 2020, the business project "Dream Invest Technology Venture Company" was created. The main task of which is to create an information technology platform where scientists, practitioners and manufacturers, as a result of close communication, create, develop and promote new technological solutions in the IT industry, in the field of information and technological security.

At the moment, we are working on current issues of regional and international security, history and theory of propaganda and special information operations, research in the field of digital technologies and innovative methods of digitalization of the modern economy.
